EBX Return Policy

Effective Immediately:

EBX maintains a strict 3-day return policy to ensure product integrity and quality standards.

Reporting Discrepancies: Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect the shipment immediately. If there are any discrepancies or issues, including damage, shortages, or incorrect items, you are required to provide:

Video documentation clearly showing the unboxing process from start to finish.

Photographs detailing the issue.

A short written explanation describing the problem.

All documentation must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Return Approval: Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the required documentation is provided. EBX reserves the right to deny any return if adequate documentation is not received.

Product Lost in Transit: In the event that a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, EBX will cover 50% of the cost of the affected product, up to two occurrences per calendar year per customer.

Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for securely packaging and returning the product to EBX. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Final Sale: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final beyond the 3-day return period.
