EBX is committed to delivering your bulk THCA flower orders quickly, safely, and reliably.

Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day Standard service unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer. Expedited shipping options are available upon request and at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including any additional fees for special handling, expedited service, or insurance.

Split Shipments: For large orders, EBX may split your shipment into two separate packages, dispatched one business day apart to reduce the risk of transit issues or product loss.

Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided by email and/or text message once your shipment has been processed.
